How to read the status labels
Configuring your brand profile
Your brand lives in a per-organization brand profile that our team sets up with you during onboarding. As branded rendering rolls out across customer surfaces, more of it flows through automatically; we are transparent about which surfaces are branded today.

Domain & DNS
Your customers should reach their dashboard under your web address, not ours. During onboarding we add your custom domain and walk you through the DNS records to add at your registrar, then verify the domain before your first customer goes live. This is a team-assisted step today.
Economics: pricing above the floor
The program has three moving parts. These are program terms, published on the partner page:
Platform license — flat, regardless of how many customers you run.
Platform share of the end-customer revenue you collect through SpiderLabs.
You set customer prices above the platform usage floor and keep the margin.
Usage — AI voice minutes and SMS — is metered at platform rates designed around a minimum 35% gross-margin floor. You price your own service above that floor so your unit economics stay healthy. The partner program page lists the current usage-rate reference.
A worked example
The numbers below are illustrative — you set your own customer price. Suppose you sell your AI front desk to five practices at $1,200/month each, all billed through the platform:

Every customer you bring goes live through the same concierge launch and the same hard gates — no exceptions, because these are healthcare workflows. Nothing goes live until every gate is green.

Commission & referral program
Separate from white-label, we run a live commission program for sales reps. Instead of building your own brand, you refer customers under the SpiderLabs brand using your referral link and earn a signing bounty plus a recurring share of each invoice, tracked in a rep dashboard.
- Live today: register at the rep portal, get your referral link, and track signings and recurring commission in your dashboard.
- Bounty + recurring: a one-time signing bounty when a referred practice launches, plus an ongoing share of what they pay.
- White-label is for building your own branded company; the commission program is for referring under ours. You can start with referrals and grow into white-label.
On the roadmap
Designed, not yet shipped
- Stripe Connect payouts — platform-managed billing with automated partner payouts. Today partner economics are settled with our team on a monthly statement.
- Self-serve provisioning — adding your own customers end-to-end. Today every launch is concierge.
- Partner Academy — in-app guided training on branding, pricing, channels, PMS connection, and safe launches.
- Meta messaging channels — Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp intake. Web chat and SMS are live today.
- Branded transactional emails — your brand on every customer email, not just the dashboard.
