Analytics & reporting
Analytics shows an owner what the receptionist actually did — how many calls came in, how many your front desk would otherwise have missed, why people are calling, and what is still open. It turns every answered call into something you can measure.
At a glance
- See the calls you would have missed. Volume, answered versus missed, and missed-call capture over any window.
- Understand why people call — the most common reasons, ranked.
- Read the work, not just the numbers: transcripts and summaries, with every view audited.
- Stay in the loop with an optional weekly status summary.
What you can see
Analytics summarizes the receptionist’s work over a time window you choose. It is the owner’s view: not a wall of raw data, but the handful of numbers that answer “is this working, and what is it telling me about my front desk?” Everything below is available in your dashboard.
Call volume & missed-call capture
See how many calls came in, how many were answered, and how many were missed by your team but caught by the receptionist. That last number is the point of the product — it is the business you were previously losing to voicemail and unanswered rings, now captured and followed up.
- Total calls over the window, and the answered-versus-missed split.
- Missed-call capture — the calls your front desk did not get to, that the receptionist did.
- Average call length and how many callbacks are still open.
Why people call
The receptionist tags each conversation with its reason — an intent. Analytics rolls those up so you can see what people call about most: booking, hours and location, a specific service, billing questions, and so on. Over a few weeks this becomes a quiet map of demand — the services to promote, the questions worth answering on your website, the times you are busiest.
Transcripts & summaries (audited)
Beyond the counts, you can open any call for its full transcript and a short summary of what happened and what to do next. Reading a transcript or playing a recording is a logged event — each view is recorded with who saw it and when.
Reading patient content is always audited
Weekly status
You can turn on a recurring status summary so the highlights come to you — call volume, capture, and open follow-ups — without opening the dashboard. Combined with new-callback alerts, it keeps owners informed without adding a daily chore. Notification options live under Team & roles and your dashboard settings.
