Image Studio
Image Studio turns a plain-text prompt into a finished flyer or social graphic, right inside your dashboard assistant — no design tool and no separate login. Describe what you want, pick a size, and get an image you can post or print. It is rolling out and enabled per account.
At a glance
- Create flyers and social graphics from a prompt — describe it, and your dashboard assistant designs it.
- Three presets — flyer, social square, and banner — sized for print and the feeds you post to.
- Billed per image and itemized on your monthly statement, so you pay only for what you make.
- Rolling out and enabled per account, with patient details blocked from every prompt.
What Image Studio is
Image Studio lives inside your dashboard assistant — the same place you ask questions about your practice. Instead of asking for an answer, you ask for an image: “a flyer announcing our Saturday hours,” or “a social post for our new whitening service.” The assistant generates a finished graphic you can download, post, or hand to a printer. There is nothing to install and no design skill required.
One place for words and pictures
The three presets
Every image starts from one of three presets, each sized for where it will end up:
| Preset | Best for | Shape |
|---|---|---|
| Flyer | Printed handouts and in-office signage | Portrait, letter-style |
| Social square | Instagram and Facebook feed posts | Square (1:1) |
| Banner | Website headers and wide social covers | Wide, landscape |
Pick the preset that matches where the image will go, describe the content, and the assistant handles the composition, text, and layout for that shape. Graphics you make for social feeds drop naturally into the channels you post from — see Channels.
How billing works
Image Studio is metered: each image you generate is counted and itemized on your monthly statement, separate from your call minutes. You pay only for the images you make, and the count appears alongside the rest of your usage. Because it is usage-based, there is no separate subscription to manage — regenerating or refining an image simply counts as another image.

What to put in a prompt
Keep prompts about your marketing, not your patients. Describe the offer, the look, the colors, and the message — never a patient name, a phone number, a date of birth, or anything that identifies a person. Image Studio is built for public-facing graphics, so the system blocks patient details from prompts rather than trusting everyone to remember. If a prompt contains something that looks like protected information, it is refused before an image is made.
Patient details are blocked, not just discouraged
Availability
Image Studio is rolling out. It is enabled per account rather than switched on for everyone at once, so if you do not see it in your dashboard yet, your account team will turn it on when it is ready for you. Everything above describes how it works once it is enabled.
