How plans work

A SpiderLabs plan has two parts: a predictable monthly base and metered usage on top. The base covers your AI receptionist, your dashboard, your channels, and support, and it includes a pool of AI voice minutes each month. Usage beyond that pool is metered at a flat, disclosed rate. That is the whole model — a base you can budget for, plus honest usage.

Included minutes

Every plan comes with a monthly pool of included AI voice minutes — the time your receptionist spends on calls. For most businesses the included pool comfortably covers normal call volume, so the base plan is the whole bill in a typical month. Minutes reset each billing cycle; they are a monthly allowance, not a bank that rolls over.

The usage meter

You are never guessing how much you have used. Your dashboard shows a live usage meter — how many of your included minutes you have consumed this cycle and how many remain — so there are no surprises at the end of the month. If you are trending toward your limit, you can see it early and decide whether to adjust coverage or move to a larger plan.

Overage

If a busy month takes you past your included minutes, the extra time is billed at a flat per-minute overage rate that is disclosed up front in your order form. Overage is not a penalty or a surprise tier — it is simply the cost of the additional calls the receptionist answered for you, at a rate you agreed to before you signed.

You can always see what drives usage

Usage tracks AI voice minutes, and Analytics shows the call volume behind it. If a month runs high, you can see exactly which calls drove it — and that those are calls you would otherwise have missed.
