Launch your own AI front-desk
company in your city
Put your brand on the platform that answers calls, chats, and texts 24/7 for local businesses, captures every missed lead, and books appointments straight into their software. You sell it as your own product, at your own prices. We run the platform and launch every customer with you, founder-led.
Founder-led onboarding means we take on a limited number of new partners at a time. Apply and we will tell you exactly where the queue stands.
What your customers get on day one
A complete front desk for local service businesses. Not a demo, a running product.
A 24/7 AI receptionist answers voice and web chat in English and Spanish. Every conversation lands in one inbox with a transcript, a summary, and tags. It runs in production for a live dental practice today.
Missed calls, after-hours calls, and overflow become tracked callbacks in a staff queue. Your customer sees who to call back, about what, and whether it happened.
For dental, the receptionist books directly into Open Dental, gated by a create/cancel test on every practice. Other businesses run callback-first while staff confirm requested times.
Every customer goes live through a hard checklist: working notifications, a passing test call, a passing test booking, compliance items on file. No exceptions, so a bad launch never traces back to your brand.
Model your economics
Every number below runs on the actual program terms. Move the sliders; the math is yours to check.

Defaults are illustrative: 500 minutes at $0.15/min sits inside the market’s $0.10–$0.17 band and honors our 35% platform minute-margin floor. Your real rate and minute allotment are set in your partner agreement.

2 clients covers the $1,000/mo license at this price.
Pure math at your selected price and assumptions. The flat license is fixed, so margin compounds as you add clients.
Show the exact formula+
Gross = clients × your price
Platform share = 2% × gross
Voice usage = clients × minutes × rate/min
Margin = gross − $1,000 license − platform share − voice usage
Break-even = $1,000 ÷ (price × 0.98 − minutes × rate/min)
Program terms
Platform license. Flat, regardless of customer count.
Platform share of the revenue you collect from the businesses you close.
You set customer prices above the platform usage floor and keep the margin.
Usage (AI voice minutes) is billed at platform rates designed around a minimum 35% gross-margin floor. Exact terms are written into your partner agreement before anything is billed.
Start with a 14-day trial
The 14-day trial gets you hands-on with the platform before you commit to the license. It is deliberately capped: a real evaluation, on real calls.
- 50 minutes included
50 minutes of call time. A hard cap, and enough to place real test calls and hear the whole workflow end to end before you commit.
- You purchase your number
Trial partners purchase their own phone number. It is a paid step, not a free line, and the number is yours to keep.
- Full access on the license
Full platform access comes with the $1,000/month partner license, plus metered usage and 2% of the revenue you collect from the businesses you close.
Trials are opened with our team during partner onboarding today. Apply for a slot and we will set up your trial, walk the number purchase with you, and show you exactly what the license adds.

Partner FAQ
Do I need to be technical to run this?+
No. Onboarding is concierge and founder-led: we handle the setup, phone forwarding, PMS connection, and launch testing with you on a call. You never touch code or infrastructure. Your job is to win and keep customers; ours is to run the platform underneath your brand.
Do I get an exclusive city or territory?+
There is no formal, contractual territory exclusivity today. Because onboarding is founder-led, we take a limited number of partners at a time and coordinate markets with early partners so we are not stepping on each other. If a structured territory model matters to you, raise it on the partner call. We would rather set expectations plainly than imply an exclusivity we do not yet enforce.
Who supports my customers when something breaks?+
You are the first line and the brand your customers know; that is what Mirror Mode protects. Behind you, we are the platform support: outages, PMS issues, and anything platform-level come to us. We are a small, founder-led operation today, so early partners get direct access to us rather than a ticket queue. That is the trade for being early.
Can I use my own logo, brand name, and domain?+
Yes. Your logo, colors, product name, and custom domain are set with our team during partner onboarding. Your brand is rolling out across every customer surface, including the automated emails. Before you sign a customer, we will tell you exactly which surfaces carry your brand today.
What does the partner program cost?+
The platform license is $1,000/month, flat, regardless of how many customers you run. SpiderLabs also collects 2% of the revenue you collect from the businesses you close, measured on what is billed through the platform, and usage (AI voice minutes) is billed at platform rates that preserve at least a 35% gross-margin floor. You set your own customer pricing above that floor and keep the rest.
Why do you take 2% of my revenue?+
Because it ties our incentives to yours: we make more only when you collect more. The 2% funds ongoing platform, compliance, and model work, plus the founder-led support behind your launches. Some competitors take no revenue share and monetize through a higher license and wholesale usage. We chose a lower flat license and a small share of upside. Decide on the partner call whether that trade fits your business.
How do I make money?+
You sell the front-desk service to your customers at your prices, and you keep what remains after the flat license, the 2% platform share, and metered usage. You own the relationship and the pricing decision. The calculator above models this with your own numbers; it is illustrative, not a guarantee. We share reference pricing from our own direct business on the partner call.
What if a customer leaves, or I want to leave?+
The license is billed monthly, with no multi-year lock-in built into the platform. Wind-down specifics, customer continuity, data export, and notice periods are written plainly into your partner agreement. We never hard-cut a live healthcare phone line: suspension rules pause new customer setup first and protect active workflows with a grace period.
Is there really a working product behind this?+
Yes, and we prove it rather than claim it. The platform answers real patient calls 24/7 in English and Spanish, transcribes and summarizes every call, queues callbacks for staff, and books appointments directly into Open Dental. We demonstrate a live create/cancel appointment test on request.
Do my customers see SpiderLabs anywhere?+
No. Customer surfaces are provider-neutral by design; we call it Mirror Mode. Call transcripts and recordings are served through audited SpiderLabs proxies with internal IDs, and no underlying vendor branding is exposed. As your brand rolls out across customer surfaces, it replaces SpiderLabs naming.
Who handles HIPAA?+
We build and run the compliance rails; the paperwork is set up together during onboarding. The platform enforces a PHI boundary on every outbound integration call, audits access to transcripts and recordings, and requires an executed BAA on file before a practice goes live. The exact BAA structure for your partnership is set during onboarding with our team.
Which practice-management systems are supported?+
Open Dental is supported in production today, including real appointment writes gated by a per-practice create/cancel test. More dental PMS integrations and med-spa scheduling systems are on the adapter roadmap. Businesses without a supported PMS run callback-first, where staff confirm requested appointments.
How fast can my first customer go live?+
Days, not months, typically. Signing, setup, a test call, a test booking, and the launch checklist move quickly when the practice does. Nothing goes live until every gate on the launch checklist passes, including a working notification channel and a passing booking test.
What is the commission / referral program, and how is it different?+
The commission program is for selling under the SpiderLabs brand; the partner program is for building your own. As a referral rep you share your link, earn a signing bounty plus a recurring share of each invoice, and track it in a rep dashboard. White-label partners build a branded company on the platform instead.
