Usage (AI voice minutes, SMS) is billed at platform rates designed around a minimum 35% gross-margin floor. Exact terms are written into your partner agreement before anything is billed.
Launching your first customer

- 3First customer intake — services, hours, providers, phone forwarding plan, and PMS details captured on a shared checklist.
- 4We provision together (concierge): phone number, AI receptionist, dashboard, and — for dental — the Open Dental connection with its create/cancel booking test.
- 5Launch gates: test call, test booking, working staff notifications, compliance items on file. Green gates only.
- 6Go live. You run the relationship; we run the platform and stay on support.
Partner FAQ
Can I use my own logo, brand name, and domain?+
Yes. Your logo, colors, product name, and custom domain are configured with our team during partner onboarding. Branded rendering across every customer surface (including transactional emails) is rolling out — we will be transparent with you about exactly which surfaces carry your brand today before you sign a customer.
What does the partner program cost?+
The platform license is $1,000/month. SpiderLabs additionally collects 2% of the end-customer revenue you collect through the platform, and usage (AI voice minutes, SMS) is billed at platform rates that preserve at least a 35% gross margin floor. You set your own customer pricing above that floor and keep the rest.
How do I make money?+
You sell AI front-desk service to your customers at your prices (for reference, our own direct dental Standard is $3,000 to launch and $1,000/month with 600 minutes included). Your margin is your price minus the platform license share, the 2% platform fee, and metered usage. Typical voice cost of goods is roughly $0.10–0.13 per minute before the platform floor.
Is there really a working product behind this?+
Yes — and we prove it rather than claim it. The engine answers real patient calls 24/7 in English and Spanish, transcribes and summarizes every call, queues callbacks for staff, and books appointments directly into Open Dental. We demonstrate a live create/cancel appointment test on request.
Do my customers see SpiderLabs anywhere?+
The customer dashboard is provider-neutral by design (we call it Mirror Mode): call transcripts and recordings are served through audited SpiderLabs proxies with internal IDs, and no underlying vendor branding is exposed. White-label branding replaces SpiderLabs naming on customer surfaces as branded rendering rolls out.
Who handles HIPAA?+
The platform is built HIPAA-aware end-to-end: PHI boundary enforcement on every outbound integration call, audited access to transcripts and recordings, and a launch gate that requires an executed BAA on file before a practice goes live. The exact BAA structure for your partnership is set during onboarding with our team.
Which practice-management systems are supported?+
Open Dental is supported in production today, including real appointment writes gated by a per-practice create/cancel test. Additional dental PMS integrations and med-spa scheduling systems are on the adapter roadmap. Practices without a supported PMS can run callback-first mode, where staff confirm requested appointments.
How fast can my first customer go live?+
Concierge launches are fast: signing, provisioning, a test call, a test booking, and the launch checklist typically fit in days, not months. Nothing goes live until every gate on the launch checklist passes — including a working notification channel and a passing booking test.
What is the commission / referral program, and how is it different?+
Separately from white-label, we run a live commission program for sales reps: you refer customers under the SpiderLabs brand with your referral link, and earn a signing bounty plus a recurring share of each invoice, tracked in a rep dashboard. White-label is for building your own branded company on the platform.
Can I bill my customers outside the platform?+
Platform billing is the default and what the 2% share is based on. Off-platform billing requires explicit approval and a monthly true-up agreement — we keep this strict so usage, margins, and customer protections stay honest.
What happens if I stop paying the license?+
We never hard-cut an active practice phone line. Suspension rules pause new-customer provisioning first and protect live healthcare workflows with a grace period while we work it out with you.
What support do I get?+
Founder-led onboarding, a shared launch checklist per customer, and direct support during your first launches. The in-app Partner Academy (guided training on branding, pricing, channels, PMS connection, and safe launches) is in development.
