$4,070 a month: the median receptionist wage for 40 hours a week (Bureau of Labor Statistics, May 2025), plus the employer’s 7.65 percent payroll tax (IRS) and its share of single health coverage (KFF 2025). What the launch covers.

Our patients keep telling us it doesn’t sound robotic.
Even when someone calls in upset, it still sounds natural.

Days, not months. We set it up with you from your hours, your services and the questions your callers ask, then test it on your line before it answers the public. It can take its first calls the same week, and we tune it against real calls for the first 7 days.
Contact us for pricing. There is one setup fee, then it is month to month with no long contract, and each plan includes a monthly allowance of call minutes sized to your call volume. See how pricing works.
Yes. Your number stays yours. You choose when calls forward to SpiderLabs: after hours, when your team can’t pick up, or all day.
It takes the caller’s name, number and reason, and saves a callback for your team with the call’s transcript and summary ready to open. Calls aren’t transferred live; your team calls back already knowing what the caller needs. See everything it refuses to do.
No. Your number and your phone system stay as they are, and you choose which calls forward to SpiderLabs. Website chat is one line of code on your site. For dental practices it connects to Open Dental; other calendars and CRMs are set up case by case.
Anything that needs a person: the callbacks it saves, requests it couldn’t confirm, and questions about treatment, billing or anything it isn’t sure of. Every conversation lands in one inbox with a summary, so your team starts the day knowing who to call and why.
For dental practices, it books into Open Dental once your system is connected and tested. Other scheduling systems are set up case by case. A booking counts only when it lands in your schedule; anything short of that is saved as a request your team confirms.
It answers in more than ten languages on the same line, English and Spanish natively. When it isn’t confident in a language, it takes the caller’s name and number so your team can call back.
For healthcare practices we sign a Business Associate Agreement, and live patient calls start only after the compliant environment for your account is verified. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, your team sees calls by role, and every transcript view is logged. We don’t hold a compliance certification, and we don’t claim one. Our Trust center has the details.
Yes. We write its greeting and what it says about your services, hours and policies with you during setup. You also choose which requests become callbacks for your team. When something changes, tell us and we update it.
