Step by step
Kickoff & intake
We capture your business’s ground truth — services you do and do not offer, hours, staff, and your phone-forwarding plan — from you directly. For dental practices we also collect your Open Dental details. This is what makes the receptionist sound like your business and not a generic bot.Provisioning

We place a real call from outside your network and confirm it reaches the receptionist and shows up in your dashboard with a transcript. This proves the phone path end-to-end before anyone uses it.Test booking
We prove the appointment path. In callback-first mode that means a booking request lands correctly in your queue; in Open Dental write mode it means a create/cancel test appointment writes to your schedule and is removed cleanly.Notifications proof

Phone forwarding, in brief
You do not port or give up your number. You keep it, and your phone system forwards the calls you choose — unanswered, after-hours, or overflow — to the dedicated AI number we provision. Your front desk still picks up when they can; the receptionist catches everything they cannot. There is no number change and no downtime, and the cutover is reversible in minutes. The go-live gates
Before your business takes a single customer call, all of these must be green:
- Signed agreement and first payment complete.
- Business Associate Agreement executed and on file.
- A passing test call — an outside call reached the receptionist and appeared in your dashboard.
- A passing test booking — the appointment path works for your booking mode.
- Working staff notifications — a real alert reached your team.
- Your dashboard verified as your staff will actually use it.
